GE Blades has been creating, maintaining and improving its positive attitude towards work and commitment to quality for over 20 years. These points have been the main goal in the spirit of the company from the very beginning and have become our most valuable intangible asset.
BLANK PRODUCTION
Manufacturing of blanks for further processing, obtaining the required chemical composition. Includes:
— Medium frequency induction furnaces
— Resistance furnaces
— ESR unit (electroslag remelting) with the ability to smelt in a protective atmosphere
— Pneumatic hammer 150–1000 kg
— 4000 kg electrohydraulic hammer
— Other auxiliary equipment
PRELIMINARY MACHINING
At this stage the blanks are given their main overall dimensions, however the required tolerances will be obtained subsequently. Includes the following equipment:
— Lathes
— Saws
— Milling machines
— Grinding machines
HEAT TREATMENT
Achieving the required mechanical properties and hardness. Homogenizing annealing (elimination of liquation) of cast blanks. In accordance with Chinese and European standards, double refining hardening and 4-fold hardening followed by tempering provide uniform properties throughout the entire volume of the blade ± 1 HRC.
FINISH MACHINING
Final machining, obtaining tolerances in accordance with your requirements. This is the most modern part of our factory. The main equipment was upgraded in 2015. The facility features modern CNC machines.
QUALITY CONTROL AND DISPATCH
Quality control and preparation of quality certificates for products. Manufacturing of containers and packaging of blades.
