CIRCULAR BLADES FOR SLITTING

For use on pickling lines, galvanizing lines, polymer coating lines, cold rolling mills, and pipe welding mills. Edge trimming machines with an outer diameter of 1000–1300 mm are manufactured in China from high-alloy wear-resistant steel grades, which are complex to produce. Our company has modernized its equipment and machinery to meet the high demands of our customers. Currently, GE1 and GE2 alloys are excellent materials for large-diameter knives. In terms of chemical composition, these steels belong to special tool steels. The knife blanks undergo electroslag remelting, which reduces the number of non-metallic inclusions and lowers the sulfur and oxygen content in the blank. Knives made from our material have a uniform chemical composition. This provides greater toughness and wear resistance compared to knives manufactured using traditional technology. We regularly analyze the quality of our knives and conduct research to improve their characteristics. Below is an example: microstructure samples from research on the effect of rare earth metal (REM) alloying on a private-label H13. Based on the research results, four H13 modifications with different grain sizes were agreed upon and tested with the customer. In addition, we have used years of experience in studying and developing technologies, incorporating customer feedback into specially developed tool steel grades GE1 and GE2, which were submitted to the national registry. These steel grades have high strength, hardness, and toughness, allowing them to increase wear resistance by 1.5 times compared to standard H13. These alloys are suitable for cutting stainless steel and high-strength rolled products without deformation or cracking.
